More than 500 students from the Vitebsk region applied for student teams during the BRSM promotional campaign

Today, promotional events for the "Choosing a Student Squad!" project were held in all universities of Belarus, including five in the Vitebsk region. The main slogan of the project this year was the phrase "Labor is cool!". This is a kind of open day at the BRSM labor squad headquarters, which organized flash mobs and campaigns, and helped students fill out employment applications. In the Vitebsk region, over 500 people expressed such a desire during the promotional events.

Among those who filled out the application was Vladislav Ivanov, a student of Vitebsk State University named after P. Masherov. "Last year I worked in the Tolochin district in a agricultural squad. I earned well and spent my summer time interestingly. This year I'm going again, that's why I applied. I don't want to depend on my parents, employment can help. Of course, this is a temporary option - after graduating from university, I will work in my specialty, in the field of physical culture and sports," the young man explained. In addition to filling out applications, any participant of the events could take a souvenir photo with the hashtags #LaborIsCool, #youthforjustice, #choosingastudentsquad, showing solidarity with those who resonate with the project's slogan.
