More than 8,000 young people will meet with Patriarch Kirill in Vitebsk today

September 28, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The visit of Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill to Belarus will conclude today with a meeting with youth in Vitebsk. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Belarusian Exarchate. Like the previous days of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church's stay in Belarus, the current one promises to be just as eventful. His Holiness is expected to inspect the Holy Resurrection Church, recreated this year, and the Holy Assumption Cathedral, which is under construction. Due to the cold weather, the meeting with youth has been moved from the open-air Summer Amphitheatre to the concert hall. However, despite this, the meeting with youth is expected to be the largest. About 2,000 attendees will come to the concert hall, and another 6,200 will watch the broadcast of the Patriarch's meeting online in the Summer Amphitheatre. For convenience, a LED screen will also be set up on Freedom Square, where it will be possible to hear and see His Holiness the Vladyka in real-time. After the meeting, Patriarch Kirill will depart for Moscow. -0-
