More than a hundred fruit trees were planted at the Senno boarding house as part of the "Let's Restore the Garden Together" campaign
The sponsor of the event was a deputy of the regional Council of Deputies, General Director of LLC "Management Company of Holding "Belarusian Leather and Footwear Company "Marko" Pavel Martynov. The planting of the garden was attended by the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov, Chairman of the Sennensky District Executive Committee Oleg Makarevich, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Vladimir Babichev, the district deputy corps, representatives of public organizations, and pupils of the educational institution.
- We were shown the old garden, the middle one, and now you will have a young garden, to the creation of which you will contribute your efforts, - said Dmitry Demidov, addressing the pupils of the boarding school. - I want to wish you to grow up to be worthy citizens of your Motherland, true patriots. I am sure that you will find a calling to your liking and achieve success in life.
The head of the Vitebsk region's deputy corps thanked the initiators of the project and emphasized that only through joint efforts will we make our land more beautiful, richer, and cozier.
