More than a thousand taxpayers in the Vitebsk region have become subscribers to the electronic declaration system

October 12, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA/. Over a thousand taxpayers in the Vitebsk region, including more than 30 individual entrepreneurs, have become subscribers to the electronic declaration system. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region. Large enterprises and organizations in Novopolotsk, Vitebsk, and Orsha are most actively using the advantages of information technologies for reporting on the fulfillment of tax obligations. Every day, about 30 taxpayers go through the procedure of connecting to the electronic declaration system at the Vitebsk Registration Center. For the convenience of taxpayers and those wishing to register at the center, an appointment system has been introduced. Tax inspectorates in the region are constantly working to popularize electronic declarations and organize training on working with electronic declarations. For this purpose, specially equipped classrooms have been created in each district inspectorate and at the regional inspectorate. Since the introduction of the electronic declaration system, more than 2,000 representatives of enterprises and individual entrepreneurs have been trained in these classrooms. Individuals also express a desire to acquire the relevant skills. Training events allow enterprise specialists to overcome stereotypes and practically assess the simplicity and efficiency of electronic declarations. Since April 1, the tax authorities of Belarus have been accepting electronic declarations from all interested parties, including individual entrepreneurs and individuals. To work with the electronic declaration system, it is necessary to register as a subscriber of the certification center, i.e., the Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Duties, which opened its representative office in Vitebsk in August. The center issues the subscriber with a hardware carrier of key information and a disk with software for working with an electronic digital signature. The taxpayer must install the software on a computer with Internet access, after which they will be able to prepare and transmit electronic declarations to the tax authorities. -0-
