The Bulgarian foreign limited liability company "Lazurnoye Ozero" will invest over $10 million in the implementation of this project, the company's co-founder Ani Ivanova told a BELTA correspondent.
According to her, the total area of the complex will be 14 thousand sq.m. It will include a 7-story four-star hotel, a restaurant, tennis courts and fitness rooms, parking, an indoor water park, and a business center – everything necessary for recreation and business work. The project is planned to be implemented as early as the end of this year, and to be opened at the end of 2011 – the beginning of 2012.
The Bulgarian company's sphere of interest in the Lepel district is quite broad. In addition to the tourist complex, a project for the construction of commercial housing is planned to be implemented here in the near future, and other proposals are being considered. -0-
