The Bulgarian limited liability company "Azure Lake" has already acquired lease rights for land plots for the construction of a large cultural and entertainment complex and hotel with a total area of 14 thousand sq.m, which will create all conditions for recreation and business. The design and estimate documentation for these projects is being prepared by investors in Bulgaria.
The attractive investment climate in the region and the natural beauty of the Lepel region have prompted the Bulgarian company to implement another housing construction project here. Initially, it is planned to build two houses of increased comfort in the former military town in the village of Borovka, located eight kilometers from the district center.
