Construction of a rolled sheet and tinplate plant in Miory: the first step has been taken
– This marks the beginning of the construction of the shop, – said **Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee Leonid Lyasovich**. – New production, jobs, new opportunities for the development of the social sphere – all this is important for the district.
The concreting of the first foundation pits, of which there will be over one and a half thousand, was observed by General Director of "MMPZ-Group" Petr Shimukovich, project manager Mindaugas Girčys from the Minsk company "Proektana GeoBel", and the chief project engineer from the general contractor – the company "MetPramBud" – Svetlana Petrova, as well as representatives of other services. The task of performing this complex work was entrusted to the vibratory piling machine operator Anatoly Davidovich, who, with the help of other specialists, placed steel casing pipes into the rebar cages in the ground, after which they were filled with concrete.
– The work will proceed faster from now on, – reported **foreman Vladimir Lastun**. – We will start using special pumps to fill the casing pipes.
– We will carry out all work in accordance with the technological schedule, – clarified **Deputy General Director for Construction of "MMPZ-Group" Konstantin Ermakov**.
Work is also underway at other sites of the plant, in particular, at the location of the future central workshop with warehouses and a parking area for vehicles.
