The former head of the regional committee for agriculture and food, Sergey Dogel, was dismissed from his post

The staff of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee, representatives of subordinate organizations, solemnly bid farewell to the former head of the structure, Sergey Dogel.

Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Viktor Askerko noted that it was a pleasure to work with Sergey Alexandrovich. He is a knowledgeable specialist who firmly defends his point of view. Such leadership qualities as integrity and humanity towards subordinates are also important. For conscientious work and a significant personal contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Vitebsk region, Sergey Dogel was awarded certificates of honor of the Regional Executive Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

Accepting the awards, Sergey Alexandrovich said that he was always surrounded by good people. The value of any leader is determined by the selection of specialists who embody all the plans. He noted that he preferred to work in a team, as this allows not only to fully realize the potential of experienced employees but also to allow young people to reveal themselves. Sergey Dogel wished his successor Ivan Fyodorov success and asked the team to support the new leader.
