"A civil servant in any position and at any level must ensure regular reception of citizens - as prescribed in all regulations. In addition, wherever people turn, their problems must be solved," Alexander Kosinets emphasized. He drew attention to the need to strengthen this work at the local level so that elementary issues do not become unsolvable. In general, the governor noted an improvement in work with citizens' appeals. "You see the trust the authorities have among the population. This is priceless. The people who came to the reception today are solving important issues together with the authorities. We will continue to move in this direction, ensuring the right of every person to express their point of view, to contact any authority in order to receive a reasoned answer, to solve any problem," Alexander Kosinets concluded. Nine people attended the personal reception by the chairman of the regional executive committee. The problems of most of them were related to housing issues: improving living conditions, redevelopment, resettlement from dilapidated housing, etc. The governor gave a comprehensive answer to each of them, and in cases where it was necessary, instructed the heads of relevant departments and authorities to investigate and help people. -0-
