This opinion was expressed today at a personal reception of citizens by the President's Aide - Chief Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Nikolai Domashkevich, BELTA correspondent reports. A total of 37 people were registered for the reception with the President's Aide. The issues of most of them - 27 applicants - were resolved during the preliminary review. "Therefore, I want to thank the region's personnel for working more effectively with applicants and the public," said Nikolai Domashkevich, noting that the issues considered at the personal reception today really required the intervention of an official with appropriate powers. As an example, he cited the case of an entrepreneur from Orsha and his complex relationship with law enforcement officers. "The person did not come for no reason, so we considered this issue together with representatives of the State Automobile Inspectorate, the prosecutor's office, and the court. We will involve other structures as well, and see what is happening there," stated the President's Aide, emphasizing that not all empowered employees of state bodies have yet learned to value people. Nikolai Domashkevich expressed dissatisfaction with the situation of residents of one of the houses on Tekstilshchikov Street in Orsha, who complain about the constant noise from the operating water supply pump. "People are exhausted by the noise. The situation is such that it is impossible to live in their apartment, and in contrast, there is a conspiracy of silence among bureaucrats who are fine. We must completely eliminate such facts," emphasized Nikolai Domashkevich. "If the solution to the issue is legal and help can be provided, then help must be provided. If it is illegal, then, excuse me, there are no exceptions," concluded the President's Aide.
