Ded Moroz the policeman is patrolling the roads of Vitebsk today

December 31, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. A Father Frost policeman is patrolling the roads of Vitebsk today, the head of the agitation and propaganda department of the traffic police department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate, Olesya Seregina, told a BELTA correspondent. According to tradition, the main observation post on Victory and Freedom Squares has been chosen by a voluntary assistant to traffic police inspectors. Father Frost's service is also dangerous and difficult: he will stop drivers, check documents, and it is even possible that he may issue a fine! However, conscientious road users on the main holiday will receive only congratulations and gifts from the strict but kind grandfather. Many surprises also await children who find themselves in the square during Father Frost's work. Together with the children, the main hero of the holiday will dance in a circle, hand out gifts, and at the same time recall traffic rules. On the eve of the New Year's holiday, even children left without parents will not be ignored by the grandfather. The Father Frost policeman will definitely visit the holiday at the orphanage on Zolotogorskaya Street, the traffic police added. -0-
