A delegation from the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic visited Vitebsk on a working visit
The Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Vladimir Belous, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, who introduced the history of the Vitebsk region and spoke about the main directions of economic development.
The Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic, Tomas Drucker, in turn, thanked for the warm welcome and noted that Belarus and Slovakia have much in common, so the implementation of joint projects, particularly in the medical field, will benefit the development of the countries. For example, the development of three of them was initiated last year after the visit of the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, to Belarus. Then an agreement was signed between the pharmaceutical company "Nativita", Vitebsk State Medical University and the N.N. Alexandrov National Cancer Center and Medical Radiology Research Center.
