A delegation from the Vitebsk region is on a two-day trip to the Volgograd region

A delegation from the Vitebsk region, led by Deputy Chairperson of the Regional Executive Committee Anzhelika Nikitina, is on a two-day visit to the Volgograd region.

Today, a working meeting was held with Anna Pisemskaya, Deputy Governor of the Volgograd region, to discuss the main areas of cooperation.

- Our trade figures are growing in both exports and imports. The number of enterprises involved in bilateral cooperation is increasing. We have reserves, so we would like to focus on cooperation and import substitution. Cooperation with the Volgograd region is important for us, including in the field of education. The innovations and startups that our young scientists can offer are important for economic development, - noted Anzhelika Nikitina.

As part of the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of Volgograd businesses. Familiarization with the economic potential of the Volgograd region, identification of specific business entities, forms and conditions of cooperation are planned.
