The delegation of the Vitebsk region took part in the Days of the Belarusian Economy in Germany
A delegation from the Vitebsk region, led by Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Oleg Matskevich, took part in the presentation of the republic's economic and investment potential within the framework of the Days of the Belarusian Economy in Germany. In particular, the northern region of the republic in Germany was represented by the free economic zone “Vitebsk” and the distillery “Pridvinye”.
The meeting of business circles of the two countries took place at the House of the German Economy in Berlin. A business forum was held here with the participation of the leadership of the ministries of economy, foreign affairs of Belarus, and the Eurasian Economic Commission. At the presentation of the most significant investment proposals, our region presented the project for the construction of a transport and logistics center, which will be located in the Vitebsk region.
At the contact and cooperation exchange, the FEZ “Vitebsk” presented its projects. Negotiations were held between Belarusian and German business circles interested in establishing and expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation.
