A delegation from the Vitebsk region, led by Alexander Subbotin and the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Sergey Levkovich, took part in the patriotic forum "If We Are United," which was held at the Minsk-Arena.

The program included speeches by well-known speakers who discussed the path of Belarusians to integrity and their understanding of the significance of this holiday.

The culmination of the holiday was a concert program.
