A delegation from the Vitebsk region has traveled to Minsk for the festive events dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus

- For me, Independence Day is a holiday associated with the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders in the Great Patriotic War. Therefore, on this day, we remember the heroic past of our people, those who perished. And, most importantly, we tell the youth about it so that they understand at what cost Victory was achieved and how important it is to cherish and preserve peace on our land.

- Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus is one of the main holidays in our family. On this day, we participate in festive events, pay tribute to the heroes who died during the liberation of the Liozno district. We are proud of our beautiful, hardworking, blue-eyed, independent country, its achievements in various fields of activity: science, sports, agriculture. On the eve of Independence Day, I want to wish our country further prosperity, and its residents strong health, peace, kindness, and well-being.
