Days of the Pskov region will be held in Vitebsk in the summer of 2023
It is assumed that the concept of holding the event will be similar to the program developed for the Days of the Vitebsk Region in Pskov, which took place in early September. The export potential of the Russian region will be presented by enterprises from various industries. "It will also be the production of marketable goods that the Pskov Region has. Creative groups will showcase their potential. I am sure that the sophisticated Vitebsk public will be very interested, because they really have certain ideas and capabilities," noted Vyacheslav Durnov.
Among the options for holding the project are the period of the international arts festival and City Day. "Slavyansky Bazaar" is very busy in itself, and it is difficult to fit additional events here. But if our guests have such a wish, of course, we will try," said the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee. - "Perhaps we will time (the Days of the Pskov Region. - Editorial note of BELTA) with the Vitebsk City Day before the festival, which will also expand our festive program."
According to Vera Emelyanova, First Deputy Governor of the Pskov Region, the Russian side would like to enhance the format of the event with new projects that will allow the regions to develop. "On the one hand, it is a cultural program, mass meetings of creative and educational organizations, but at the same time, an active economic and investment component. Everything that concerns and interests us all today," she explained, noting that the Days of the Vitebsk Region in Pskov were a great success, and the project proved its economic efficiency.
Vitebsk is ready to offer various venue options for holding the Days of the Pskov Region. Today, a delegation from this region will visit some facilities. In particular, guests will be shown the Ice Palace, the Vitebsk Concert Hall, and the FEZ "Vitebsk".
