"House of Mercy" in the agro-town of Bychiha, Gorodok district, along with state investments, funds from enterprises and organizations of the region, as well as individuals, are being invested. The cost of the facility and its equipment, excluding December, is 22 billion rubles, including 3 billion in sponsorship funds.

The money received in the charity account in 2014-2015 was spent on paying for construction and installation works performed by the contractor OJSC

"Zhilstroy", and other operations.

As reported by the director of the State Enterprise

"Capital Construction Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee" Vladimir Gaydulkin, the boiler room for the House of Mercy is currently being installed. The facility is planned to be commissioned next year.
