Additional revenues of the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region in January-April amounted to over Br146 billion, the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region informed a BELTA correspondent. For 4 months, over Br1.45 trillion was received into the consolidated budget of the region, or 111.2% of the planned amount. The planned revenue targets were met for budgets of all levels. The republican budget received almost Br636 billion, which is 107.6% of the plan, while the local budget attracted about Br814.5 billion (114.2%). In the structure of budget revenues, the share of value-added tax receipts is about 27.6% of the total payments, excise taxes account for 21.7% of the total revenue, income tax - 16.6%, profit tax - 8.9%. The largest share of payments is provided by legal entities of all forms of ownership, which generated 95% of budget revenues (including state-owned enterprises, almost 80%). The volume of tax payments by individual entrepreneurs is 2.8% of budget revenues, and payments by individuals account for about 1.6% of the total revenue. In total, over 462 thousand taxpayers participate in the formation of the budget's revenue side, including almost 17.2 thousand legal entities and about 29.3 thousand individual entrepreneurs. As of May 1, the budget debt of the region's economic entities amounted to Br13.8 billion and increased by Br2 billion compared to the data at the beginning of April. The tax authorities of the region forcibly eliminated budget arrears totaling Br36.4 billion, or 2.5% of the total budget revenues, including almost Br30 billion attracted to the budget through the write-off of debtors' accounts receivable. -0-
