Additional revenues to the Vitebsk region budget in January amounted to about Br75 billion.

Additional revenues of the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region in January 2011 amounted to about Br75 billion, the press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for the Vitebsk region informed a BELTA correspondent. In total, revenues to the consolidated budget of the region amounted to Br453.2 billion, or 119.7% of the annual planned assignments, including payments to the republican budget of about Br211 billion, and the local budget received Br242.2 billion (146.3%). In the structure of revenues, the share of value added tax was 45.1%, personal income tax - 12.6%, profit tax - 8.8%, excise taxes - 5.8%. As of February 1, the debt of economic entities of the Vitebsk region for budget payments amounted to Br11 billion. Since the beginning of the year, the growth of payers' debt has occurred in two districts of the regional center, as well as in Vitebsk and Sharkovshchinsky districts. Taxpayers in seven rural districts and Novopolotsk have no debts to the budget. In the order of taking enforcement measures to recover debt, the tax inspectorates of the region eliminated budget arrears in the amount of Br10.7 billion, which is 2.4% of the total budget revenues. The largest share of payments was provided by legal entities of all forms of ownership, which formed 95.5% of the budget revenues (including state-owned enterprises - 76.6%). The volume of tax payments by individual entrepreneurs amounted to 2.9% of budget revenues, payments by individuals account for about 1.1% of the total revenue. In total, over 457 thousand taxpayers participate in the formation of the revenue part of the budget, including almost 17 thousand legal entities, more than 29 thousand individual entrepreneurs and about 411 thousand individuals. -0-
