The reception began with an appeal from a resident of Ushachy. In 2015, his parents died in an accident. In August 2018, the court ordered Glubokskoye Rayagropromservis to pay material compensation for moral damage to two brothers (sons of the deceased). Despite the court's decision, the enterprise has not paid the due amount for almost two years. Vladimir Andreichenko instructed the enforcement department of the main justice department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee to take the case under control. "These issues should have been resolved in two years. Pay the compensation by September 1 and report on the solution of the problem," the speaker addressed the first deputy director of Rayagropromservis. The debt to one of the brothers is to be paid off in June.

A collective request came from the residents of the village of Guta. The villagers complain that after the closure of the bridge in Ushachy for repairs, the traffic flow went through their village as a detour. Because of this, there is constant dust on the gravel road and near the houses. According to road workers, they intend to solve this issue temporarily by dust suppression of the road. In the coming years, the section in the villages of Guta and Matyrino is planned to be asphalted, and the bridge in Ushachy is to be opened for traffic in October-November of the current year.

Among those who applied was a resident of the agro-town of Ilyushino. The woman worked for more than 14 years at a local agricultural enterprise and wants to keep the housing she received. She is ready to transfer the loan debt from the enterprise to herself and gradually repay it in the future. The management of the enterprise is ready to meet her halfway. In June, the OJSC will hold a meeting to discuss this issue. After assessing the cost of the housing, the issue should be resolved.

In a conversation with journalists, the speaker noted that outreach receptions are an important form of work with citizens, as not all issues can be resolved at the regional level. "The most important thing is that state affairs are behind private matters. People suggest unresolved issues and sometimes ways to solve them," said Vladimir Andreichenko. "For us, parliamentarians, legislative support for these and other issues is important. Today, at the reception, a person asked to amend the traffic rules, legislation. These issues are considered when adjusting the Procedural and Enforcement Code of Administrative Offenses, and we will take this into account. There were no minor issues, which indicates the work of the local authorities."

During the personal reception, issues were also raised regarding the possible construction of a hotel for athletes at the Yunost sports and recreation complex, the redistribution of budget funds for the purchase of a modern ambulance, and amendments to the traffic rules.
