The Dubrovno region was the first in the Vitebsk region to complete the harvest, gathering over 100,000 tons.

The Dubrovno district was the first in the Vitebsk region to complete the harvest with a record yield of 102 thousand tons.

"The Dubrovno district has joined the 100-thousand ton districts and became the second in the region after the Orsha district to reach this milestone. Such a grain harvest has never been recorded in the district in its entire history; here, grain growers harvested 43.2 centners per hectare," reported the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Agriculture and Food Committee.

The committee also noted the districts that harvested more than 90 thousand tons; there are three such districts in the region – Verkhnedvinsk, Vitebsk, and Tolochin. In total, the region harvested 1 million 266 thousand tons of grain, with an average yield of 35 centners per hectare, which is 6.6 centners higher than last year's level. The harvest is approaching its finale, with 96% of the areas harvested. In the region, there are over 350 crews of thousand-ton combine harvesters (including over 50 youth crews), more than 40 crews exceeded the threshing of 1.5 thousand tons, and 7 crews surpassed the 2 thousand ton mark.
