Dubroven private enterprise plans to increase the production of mannequins, which are in demand on the Belarusian and foreign markets
A correct approach, high production performance, and good working conditions are the key to the success of Antinea Prime LLC.
The sewing enterprise appeared in Dubrovno in December 2008, following the publication of the presidential decree on the development of small towns with a population of up to 50,000 people. The decision was made to open the production facility in the administrative building of the former district agricultural chemistry enterprise, which was acquired at auction with the support of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee.
Initially, only 15 people worked in the workshop. Each year, the enterprise increased its capacity and gained momentum. A significant role in the development of production was played by a modern equipment park, the availability of a labor reserve, and the favorable location of the facility – its proximity to the main Brest-Moscow highway, along which products are shipped and delivered to customers.
– The main profile of Antinea Prime LLC is the production of sewing accessories (bra inserts, shoulder pads, and paddings for all types of men's, women's, and children's clothing) and mannequins (tailor's and display), – says the head of the enterprise, Alexander Golovachev. – Various raw materials are used for production: foam rubber, synthetic padding, cotton filler, non-woven fabric, etc. The products are sold both in Belarus and abroad.
Today, the team consists of 54 people. New jobs are being created concurrently.
– We conduct training right on site, – says Alexander Viktorovich. – As a rule, almost everyone who completes a three-month probationary period at the enterprise not only successfully copes with the normalized workload but also exceeds the plan.
During their training, interns receive a fixed salary, known as a stipend, in the amount of 1 million 800 thousand rubles. In general, a flexible remuneration system is in place here, so income directly depends on a person's diligence.
A water supply system has been installed at the enterprise, and a locker room, a dining area, and restrooms have been equipped. Not only city residents, who work in two shifts, but also rural residents work in the workshops. For them, the workday is organized in a single shift.
– To a large extent, a positive result in our work depends on our approach to people, – Alexander Viktorovich is convinced. – We are ready to make concessions if there is such a need. Therefore, we expect discipline and an appropriate attitude towards work from our employees.
Recently, the enterprise acquired another adjacent building at an auction. After renovation, a department for mannequin production was located there. In the near future, it is planned to increase production capacity, so recruitment is underway for the positions of seamstress and material cutter.
Incidentally, in addition to its core activities, the enterprise constantly provides financial assistance to children in need and people with disabilities. Annually, it acts as a sponsor of the International Festival of Song and Music "Dnipro Voices in Dubrovno".
