Two heads of agricultural organizations in the Tolochin district have been convicted of falsifying statistical reporting

February 23, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Two heads of agricultural organizations in the Tolochin district have been brought to criminal responsibility for distorting statistical reporting, Dmitry Orekhva, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of the legality of court decisions in criminal cases and analysis of judicial practice of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, told a BELTA correspondent. The head of one of the district's dairy farms, trying to avoid disciplinary and material responsibility, entered false information into official documents from January to May 2010. In this way, the woman concealed the death of 25 calves, which, according to her "data", were sold. Given the positive characteristics, the offender managed to avoid strict punishment: during an on-site show trial, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 427 of the Criminal Code of Belarus, she was sentenced to a fine of 45 base units (currently, one base unit is equal to Br35 thousand). Another head of a livestock complex in the same district was sentenced to the same punishment for similar actions, who concealed the death of 27 heads of young cattle, Dmitry Orekhva added. -0-
