Два торговых объекта УП «Витебская универсальная база» проданы частным компаниям на аукционе
Two retail facilities of UP "Vitebsk Universal Base" in the agro-town of Novka and the village of Vitba will soon resume operations – they were sold to private companies at an auction organized by the Vitebsk Marketing Center.

The enterprise, which is part of the regional consumer union structure, is currently actively selling off its stores on various trading platforms. As explained by the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Union, Alexander Putyato, all the facilities put up for sale are not planned to be used in the economic activities of the future unified organization of consumer cooperation of the region, which will start operating on January 1, 2020. Vitebsk Universal Base will also be included in the unified trade network, and until that moment, the enterprise needs to minimize its debt as much as possible to subsequently reduce the creditor burden of the new business entity.

Three buyers competed for the universal base store with an area of 297 sq. m in the village of Vitba. The winner was determined at the 14th step of the auctioneer, when the sale price almost doubled and exceeded 262 thousand rubles. Entrepreneur Vasily Romanenko intends to renovate the facility and subsequently attract tenants to organize trade services for local residents.

The retail facility in Novka with an area of 188.2 sq. m attracted a single bidder, who purchased it for 96.5 thousand rubles. The Vitebsk private company intends to maintain the specialization of the real estate, expanding the assortment by adding household goods.
