A unified discount day will be held in Vitebsk region on August 29

Vitebsk region will join the nationwide "Unified Discount Day" campaign, during which prices for non-food products will be reduced on August 29.

It is expected that over 400 retail outlets will participate in it. Traditionally, residents of the region will be able to make pleasant purchases in the stores of OJSC "Vitebsk Department Store", "Vitebsk Carpets", "Znamya Industrializatsii", branches of OJSC "8 Marta", "Pinsk Knitwear", "Bobruisk Knitwear", "OOO LyubavaLux", etc. The discount size will be 15-20% due to the coordinated price reduction by manufacturers and markups by retail organizations. This should contribute to increased consumer activity and an increase in retail turnover, according to the Department of Trade and Services of the Regional Executive Committee. Thus, based on the results of a similar campaign held on May 2, the additional turnover amounted to 6.4 billion rubles.

By the way, this is the third such campaign this year, and it is usually held quarterly. It is planned that the next "Unified Discount Day" will take place in November.
