An experimental apartment building with electric heating was built in Liozno

An 8-unit rental building has been commissioned in Liozno on Dobromyslinskaya Street.

The building, a former hotel modernized with budget funds, has been transformed into experimental housing using electricity for heating, hot water supply, and cooking.

 

A special tariff for heating payment is envisaged. Currently, this is the only communal building of its kind in the district. The adjacent well-maintained territory, equipped with lighting and video surveillance systems, features a children's playground, a car park, and a waste bin.

The general contractor that implemented the project is LLC "Trade and Construction Service".

 

The keys to the two-room apartments were handed over to the new residents, including specialists from the social sphere and law enforcement agencies, by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Ivan Lavrinovich. The Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vladimir Belous took part in the ceremony.
