Extreme tourism will become the hallmark of the Postavy district

Recently, a climbing wall has appeared near Postavy. It is located in the "Ozerki" sports and tourist complex, a few kilometers from the district center, and consists of three climbing walls of varying difficulty levels.

— This facility will be an excellent addition to the rope park, which we opened in mid-August, — said Stanislav Chimburg, Deputy Head of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of the District Executive Committee. — We hope that the new facility for active recreation will be very popular. However, residents and guests of our district will only be able to test their strength here during the warm season.

Currently, the "Ozerki" sports and tourist complex is hosting New Year's performances and entertainment. Many surprises have been prepared for children and their parents, including original dishes and drinks at the tavern, various contests, souvenirs, and greetings from Ded Moroz and Snegurochka.

The state association "Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of Postavy District," which owns "Ozerki," intends to attract tourists from other regions and countries.

— Our complex is located on the site of a children's health camp, so we plan to re-equip the former residential buildings into a hotel and a conference hall, — clarified Stanislav Vladimirovich. — We are working on improving the adjacent lake shore so that guests can sunbathe and swim.

The owners have other ideas that will appeal to travelers. Guests will be convinced: Postavy region is a paradise for thrill-seekers and active recreation enthusiasts.

The "Ozerki" sports and tourist complex rope park has two routes for easy and intermediate levels of training, a climbing wall, and a "Children's Glade" for the youngest thrill-seekers. There is a zip line – a high-speed descent over the lake (160 m one way), ATVs and jet skis, and a shooting range for pneumatic weapons. In August-September, during the peak season, the organizers earned 3.5 thousand rubles from services.
