Elena Vaenga opened the program on the main stage of "Slavianski Bazaar".
Elena Vaenga opened the concert program at the main venue of "Slavyansky Bazaar". The solo concert of the popular Russian singer took place on the evening of July 9 in the Summer Amphitheater.
The artist presented the Vitebsk audience with the program "Lena", which included new original works, as well as widely known and beloved songs. In addition to her own compositions, Elena Vaenga performed the song "We were riding in a boat" from the repertoire of the legendary Lidiya Ruslanova. The artist admitted that she has creative role models, including the outstanding Russian singers Ruslanova and Zykina. Besides them, Vaenga mentioned the Russian rock musician Vyacheslav Butusov and even performed a verse from his song.
Unlike her previous performance at "Slavyansky Bazaar", which took place two years ago, Elena Vaenga spoke less and sang more, which undoubtedly pleased her fans. All the songs found a warm response in the hall, the audience sang along and applauded heartily. While communicating with the audience, Elena Vaenga spoke about the main change in her life - she had a son. She dedicated several songs to him and read a touching poem. The singer parted with the grateful Vitebsk audience shortly before midnight.
