An Estonian visa can now be obtained in Vitebsk
An Estonian visa can now be obtained in Vitebsk, BELTA was informed at the Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Vitebsk.
Starting from May 15, 2013, the Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Vitebsk represents the Republic of Estonia in issuing short-term Schengen visas, if Estonia is the main destination of the visit.
The Consulate of Latvia in Vitebsk accepts documents for an Estonian visa in the same manner as for a visa to Latvia. Document submission is carried out daily from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00. Those wishing to submit documents for an Estonian visa at the consulate in Vitebsk do not need to register in advance; documents are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. They are processed within one week (five working days).
