Flax Extravaganza" will be held on Belarus Day at the Slavianski Bazaar on July 11. This was announced today at a press conference by Valery Shestakov, Deputy General Director of the Republican Unitary Production and Trade Enterprise "Orsha Flax Mill". The organizers of the newborn festival, one of which is the Orsha Flax Mill, have set themselves a main goal: to demonstrate the capabilities of domestic competitive flax production, to support domestic producers and designers, and to present the potential of Belarusian fashion industry enterprises. Victory Square will be the venue for the festival. Its program includes a fashion show of five flax clothing collections. These will be prêt-à-porter models from designers making a name for themselves in flax, and clothing produced by domestic garment factories. Moreover, all this can be bought right there at the show, and you can also get free consultations on fabrics from their manufacturer, the Orsha Flax Mill. A fair of flax clothing, accessories, and souvenirs will smoothly transition into the "Flax Feast". Guests of the "Extravaganza" will be able to taste products from Vitebsk manufacturers at tables decorated with flax textiles according to all the rules, and then they will be asked to paint a folk picture. On a huge canvas of about 20 sq.m, anyone can draw their declaration of love for flax. The organizers of the flax festival are preparing another surprise for those who come to this celebration in flax clothing. According to Valery Shestakov, with their permission, they will have a photoshoot, and then the best photos will decorate the branded stores of the Orsha Flax Mill. -0-
