The farm is repurposing a health resort in the Dokshitsky district
The property was put up for a repeat auction with a starting price of 19 basic units (one basic unit is currently Br23). Since only one participant showed interest in the lot, the auction was declared void, and the sole bidder agreed to purchase the real estate at the starting price increased by 5%. According to Irina Bruy, a representative of the farming enterprise, the unused buildings and structures are planned to be used for expanding production activities.
"Vasilok" is developing as a diversified enterprise, including fish farming, meat production, feed production, horseradish cultivation, provision of transport services, and construction of a tourist complex with organized fishing.
The enterprise has two branded stores, including one in Dokshitsky district. The lot includes 16 structures with a total area of over 2 thousand sq.m with engineering communications, as well as a 50-year leasehold right to a land plot (over 9 hectares) for servicing the real estate. The funds raised at the auction will go to the budget of Dokshitsky district.
Since the beginning of the year, over 30 properties have been sold at auctions of the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" fund for a total amount of almost Br110 thousand.
