The "Zaborskі Fest" festival will open the rural tourism season in the Rossony district on June 13, the deputy chairman of the Rossony district executive committee, Galina Podvitelskaya, told a BELTA correspondent. According to tradition, there will be a presentation of homesteads ready to receive tourists. Currently, there are 27 of them in the district, and 14 of them have taken advantage of the opportunity to obtain special loans for the further development of their agritourism business. For the first time this year, the district administration will award five best homesteads for organizing tourists' life and leisure. The culmination of the two-day rural tourism festival will be the "Fisherman's Holiday," which will take place on June 14 on Lake Beloye. Organizers promise fishermen a good catch and prizes for victories in several nominations, and those who will be waiting for the fish soup will have an unforgettable holiday with boat trips, sports games and fun contests. The festival will be attended by travel agencies and tourists who will get acquainted with the possibilities of Rossony rural homesteads for organizing affordable and enjoyable recreation.
