The Mogilevliftmash branch in Begoml has commissioned production worth Br7.4 billion.

December 31, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA /. RUP "Begomlsky Zavod "Vetraz" (Vitebsk region), a subsidiary of RUP "Mogilevliftmash", has commissioned a production facility worth Br7.4 billion, the Ministry of Industry of Belarus informed a BELTA correspondent. The production facility was created from scratch on a new land plot. In the total project financing, over 70% of the funds were allocated to construction and installation works. A production building with an area of over 2 thousand sq.m, as well as an administrative building and a boiler house that will run on local fuels, have been constructed. In fact, it is about building a new plant in Begoml for the production of components for the parent enterprise's elevators. The commissioning of new capacities will allow "Vetraz" to increase production depending on the demand for components from the parent enterprise. The potential of the updated "Vetraz" allows for an annual output of up to Br4 billion at comparable prices. In addition, initially, up to 20 jobs will be created here, and in the future, it is planned to almost double their number. The old production building of the enterprise is planned to be used for organizing a hotel complex, the need for which the urban settlement has long experienced. As the Dokszyce District Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent, issues of design and financing for the hotel construction project are currently being worked out. In 2007, RUP "Begomlsky Zavod "Vetraz" became a subsidiary of RUP "Mogilevliftmash"; before that, it was part of the Vitebsk RUP "Monolit".-0-
