For the first time, this important event will be held in a gala concert format. On the stage of the Orsha City Culture Center "Pobeda", two dozen finalists, who have passed preliminary selections for the children's and adult vocal competitions, will compete for the right to represent Belarus at the popular forum.

The performances of the participants of the final stage of the national selection for the XVII International Children's Music Competition "Vitebsk–2019" and the XXVIII International Pop Song Performers Competition "Vitebsk–2019" will begin at 12:00 and 18:00 respectively. All contestants will perform two vocal pieces, and a professional jury will determine the best!

For those who come to support the finalists by purchasing tickets, a souvenir fair of the International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will be held in the foyer of the "Pobeda" Culture Center. Here, without waiting for July, you can purchase many memorable items with the festival's symbolism – from magnets and keychains to mugs and piggy banks.
