MTZ brand store to open in Vitebsk
Vitebsk will be one of the first regional centers in Belarus to open a branded store of the Minsk Tractor Works. This was announced in Vitebsk by the General Director of MTZ OJSC, Fyodor Domotenko.
Representatives of the Minsk enterprise arrived in Vitebsk for a meeting with the leadership of the regional executive committee. Several blocks of issues were put up for discussion, including the supply of new equipment, the organization of aggregate repair of high-power tractors, and the opening of a store.
"We will be addressing the issue of opening a branded store for selling spare parts for our equipment to farmers. Currently, there is only one such facility – it is located in Minsk near the plant; in the future, such stores will be opened in every regional center. We have proposals from almost all regions, but the Vitebsk region has made a proposal, ahead of everyone," the General Director shared his plans.
It is expected that the branded store of the tractor plant will be located on the premises of a closed retail facility of one of Vitebsk enterprises. The store will be re-equipped, designed in the corporate style, and in addition to spare parts, it will offer a wide range of products, including cast-iron plates for stoves, axes, and other tools.
Following the meeting at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the parties intend to sign a strategic cooperation agreement.
