A sports and recreation complex and a new residential building have been commissioned in Shumilino
Two housewarmings were celebrated today in Shumilino at once.
After four years of reconstruction, a health and sports complex with a mini-pool with two lanes, a gym, and halls for table tennis and fitness has opened in the district center. 12 billion non-denominated rubles have been invested in the modernization of the facility, with a total project cost of 14.2 billion rubles.
The opening of the sports facility will expand opportunities for physical education and sports, and will contribute to improving the quality of life and strengthening the health of the district's residents.
40 young and large families will receive apartments in a new building constructed in the district center. The 40-apartment building was constructed on a shared construction basis within six months. 8 large families will receive apartments with full finishing. For the first time in the district, four apartments are intended for commercial use and will be allocated to young specialists who have come to the district.
Construction work on the facilities was carried out by the Shumilino Mobile Mechanized Column-70.
