Flash mob and tulips from a snow-swamp vehicle: rescuers of the Vitebsk region congratulated women on March 8
The event began with a colorful flash mob on the site in front of the "Marko-City" shopping center, in which more than 40 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took part. The rescuers performed a musical composition for the audience and presented flowers to the women. Interestingly, one of the soloists was elevated above the festive site in the basket of an aerial platform.
The highlight of the congratulation was the appearance of a snow-and-swamp vehicle, which was pulled to the center of the site by rescuer Andrey Zhukov, who is fond of strongman feats. By the way, the special equipment weighed 842 kilograms.
As noted by the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Sergey Meleshkin, rescuers annually, on the eve of March 8, prepare festive events for the women of the Vitebsk region to show how much the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations appreciate them.
– Today we wanted to show that all our qualities – strength, courage, and firmness – are thanks to women, because without their support and motivation, we would not have become who we are, – noted Sergey Meleshkin. – On March 8, all men consolidate to congratulate their beloved and close ones on the holiday and thank them for the joy they bring us in life. We strive to surprise them: we prepare breakfast, clean up, go shopping. We are ready to spend all our money to see their smiles.
