A sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool will be built in Tolochin
The project is currently in the planning stage: design and estimate documentation is being prepared, the location of the sports and recreation complex is being discussed, and funding sources are being identified, the main one of which will be the local budget. It is planned that it will be a standard sports and recreation complex, designed by analogy with facilities in Verkhnedvinsk and Braslav. The project is intended to be implemented within the next three years.
"Compared to other regions of the oblast, the Tolochin district is deprived of water bodies, so the population's interest and need for such a facility are quite high. I hope its appearance will soon delight our residents. In the future, based on the sports and recreation complex, we will develop additional types of services to make it self-sufficient," Sergey Egorov added.
Among other important facilities for the district that should appear soon, the chairman of the district executive committee named two apartment buildings for socially vulnerable categories of citizens, one of which will be built with the involvement of Chinese investments. A workshop for the production of quick-frozen potato products, such as french fries, will also be built.
