The Vitebskoblимущество Fund sold the unused building of the Borun Library to a single buyer on November 30

Building located at: Vitebsk region, Braslav district, Plyussky s/s, Boruny village, built in 1988, with a total area of 61.4 sq.m. The initial sale price of the real estate has been increased by 5% and amounts to 1,858.88 denominated rubles. The new owner plans to use the acquired real estate object for housing.

In total, this year the Vitebskoblimushchestvo fund has sold 68 objects for a total amount of over 2.0 million denominated rubles. Unused area has decreased by more than 47 thousand sq.m.
