The youth workers' forum will gather about 100 participants in Vitebsk
Young people will visit the "Vitba" and "Vitebskoblgaz" enterprises, where they will be introduced to the organizations' work processes. Then, the participants will move to the cultural and sports center of the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Railway, where a concert will take place. Young specialists will also visit the museum of the history of railway workers. About 100 people will take part in the forum.
The agenda of the event includes summing up the results of the competition for the best organization of work with youth in the labor collectives of Vitebsk. The competition was held from January to September in two stages: district and city. Among the criteria for selecting the best are promoting the professional and career growth of youth, adapting young specialists in the organization, retaining them, and others. Winners and prize-winners will be awarded diplomas and prizes.
