Alexander Subbotin is participating in the celebrations in Idrica dedicated to Victory Banner Day.
"Being here, at the memorial dedicated to the Victory Banner, one is once again convinced that we must together sacredly preserve our common memory and glory! This is the real connection of times and generations, an invisible thread that connects the hearts of all peoples who fought in that terrible war, but, above all, Belarusians and Russians," - noted the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
