The delegation of the Vitebsk region arrived at the Palace of the Republic for the first meeting of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, which includes the region's leadership, 118 delegates of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly from the Vitebsk region, and 63 invited guests.
Delegates of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly from the Vitebsk region also took part in laying wreaths and flowers at the Victory Monument in Minsk.
