PHOTO FACT: A flower-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame as part of the Union State Day took place in Vitebsk

Day of the Union State is being held at "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". It opened with a ceremony of laying flowers at the Eternal Flame of the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers-liberators, veterans and underground fighters of the Vitebsk region. The ceremony was attended by State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, public organizations, war and military service veterans, and youth.
