In Orsha, with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Lieutenant General of Militia Ivan Kubrakov, the renovated administrative building of the Department of Internal Affairs and a memorial plaque in memory of the first head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel of Militia Sergey Konstantinovich Barvyankov, were solemnly opened.
