PHOTO FACT. Vitebsk region celebrates Independence Day!

On July 3, all of Belarus celebrates Independence Day – a symbol of our freedom, unity, and pride in our country. And, of course, the Vitebsk region has joined the national celebrations with enthusiasm and from the bottom of its heart.

Today, the northern region is a vibrant mosaic of festive emotions united by love for our Motherland. From ancient Polotsk to modern Vitebsk, from quiet villages to bustling city squares – the atmosphere of joy and patriotism reigns everywhere.

In every district of the region, morning services with the prayer "For Belarus," rallies, laying of flowers, concerts, exhibitions, sports competitions, and other entertainment events are organized. Special attention is paid to children; playgrounds are open for them, and contests and quizzes are held.

Thank you to everyone who shares this important day with us. Thank you to our veterans for the peaceful sky above our heads. Thank you to everyone who contributes to the development and prosperity of our country with their labor.
