BELTA photo exhibition "Victory is one for all" to open in Vitebsk on April 7

Фотовыставка БЕЛТА "Победа - одна на всех" откроется в Витебске 7 апреля

The opening of the republican photo exhibition of the Belarusian Telegraph Agency "Victory is One for All", which is held within the framework of the republican patriotic project "Flowers of the Great Victory!" and is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, will take place on April 7 in Vitebsk.

The exhibition includes about 80 photographs. It features rare black-and-white photographs from the archive of BELTA, including those by famous war correspondents and little-known shots, as well as digital color photographs by current employees of the Belarusian Telegraph Agency.

The exhibition "Victory is One for All" shows the author's perspective through the lens of a camera on different aspects and periods of the war (front-line battles, work in the rear, partisan and underground struggle, suffering of the civilian population). A significant part of the photographs is dedicated to the theme of the liberation of the regional cities of the republic, and the period of post-war recovery.

The photo exhibition started on March 11, 2015, in Gomel. The exhibition has already been presented in Mogilev. From April 7, the exhibition will be displayed in Vitebsk, in the foyer of the House of Cinema (Lenin Street, Building 40). The grand opening will take place at 12:00 PM.

After Vitebsk, the BELTA photo exhibition will continue its tour of the regional centers of the republic.
