FSZN: for individuals paying mandatory insurance contributions for themselves.

In accordance with the pension legislation of the Republic of Belarus, a phased increase in the retirement age and an increase in the required insurance work experience with the payment of mandatory insurance contributions to the fund's budget are being implemented until 2025 (2021 – 18 years, 2022 – 18.5 years, 2023 – 19 years, 2024 – 19.5 years, 2025 – 20 years).

Since January 1, 2019, self-employed individuals – persons engaged in activities not related to entrepreneurship (The full list is contained in Article 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus) – have had the right to voluntarily participate in ensuring their pension future.

Contributions are paid for the periods of activity.

The deadline for paying contributions is no later than March 1 of the year following the reporting year (03/01/2022 for 2021).

The minimum contribution amount for carrying out activities for 9 months of 2021 is 1,044 rubles

(Minimum Wage for 2021) 400 rubles * 9 months * 29%
