President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko decided to personally assess the quality of soldiers' food during his visit to the 103rd Separate Guards Airborne Brigade of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus, a BELTA correspondent reports.

After inspecting the soldiers' mess hall and hearing a report on how food supply is organized for the Armed Forces and Special Operations Forces, Alexander Lukashenko asked the Minister of Defense to give him some dry rations and canned goods to try. As reported to the head of state, the norms for military personnel food rations, taking into account their energy expenditure, were changed this year.

Alexander Lukashenko also visited the training building, familiarizing himself with the equipment of classrooms, armaments, and gear of special forces servicemen. The President visited a multipurpose complex, which is a tactical and special training town and an airborne complex. He watched how the fighters' training is conducted and was pleased with what he saw. According to the commander of the 103rd Separate Mobile Brigade, the existing base allows for training military personnel at the proper level.
