The Head of Vitebsk region, Nikolai Sherstnev, made a personnel decision in a working manner.

Evgeny Matusevich has been approved for the position of chief physician of the regional hospital. Prior to this, he worked for the last 15 years as the deputy chief physician for medical affairs at the Braslav District Hospital.
